Terms of Service

Last updated: July 19, 2026

This is a starting-point terms document for an independently built product, not a substitute for professional legal review. It will be updated as TrackRax grows, especially before any paid plans launch.

Using TrackRax

TrackRax is a tool for tracking your own subscriptions and spending. By creating an account, you agree to use it honestly — for your own personal tracking, not to store data on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, and not to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us right away at trackraxx@gmail.com.

Your data

The subscription and transaction information you enter belongs to you. You can export it or permanently delete it at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

No financial advice

TrackRax helps you see and organize your own spending information. It does not provide financial, tax, or investment advice, and nothing in the app should be treated as a professional recommendation.

Service availability

TrackRax is provided as-is. As an independently built and actively developed product, features may change, and we can't guarantee the service will be available without interruption. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly and to communicate meaningful changes.

Limitation of liability

TrackRax is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the service, including inaccuracies in the data you've entered or interruptions to the service.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of TrackRax after a change means you accept the updated terms.
